Happy Belated Mental Health Awareness Day! (October 10)

Sometimes you do not notice the status of your mental health because you might be caught up with your all school work or extracurricular activities.

Well, here is a reminder that it is important to prioritize your Mental Health. With that being said, here are some self-care tips to follow:

  1. MANAGE YOUR TIME! Schedule different time frames that are dedicated to your school work, extracurricular activities, as well as time dedicated for hobbies and relaxation.

  1. DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP! Ask your parents, friends, teachers, and other role models for help! You do not have to go through the stress alone.

  1. ARE YOU MENTALLY EXHAUSTED? TAKE A BREAK! Have study breaks or time to rest. You can spend this time listening to music, eating out with family and friends, or even taking a nap. It might be hard to remember school material if you lack sleep or rest.
