Improving Sleeping Habits

WHY IS SLEEP IMPORTANT? Not having enough sleep doesn't just put you in a bad mood it can also weaken your ability to focus and be proficient in school. So sleep as much as you can!

  • AVOID CAFFEINATED DRINKS OR FOODS BEFORE BED! There are days when you need an extra energy boost to start of your day without feeling sleepy. Do not always turn to caffeinated drinks or foods (coffee, chocolate, etc.), especially near your bedtime, because your ability to sleep might be affected by it.

  • CREATE A SLEEPING SCHEDULE! Inconsistent sleeping patterns may not let you to control when you want to sleep. Take control of your body by consistently sleeping during the same hours every day!
