  • FIND A QUIET PLACE!This could be your room, the library, the park, etc. Find a place where you can get away from all the distractions so that you can just relax and release stress. 

  • JUST BREATHE! Sometimes we forget that we have the power to control our breathing. To become more calm, take slow, deep breaths. Closing your eyes during this practice may also help you accomplish a deeper level of relaxation.

  • Do some of your muscles feel sore or tense? STRETCH!Stretching can help relieve some of the tightness in your body. Shoulder stretches, back stretches, leg stretches, neck stretches, etc.
